(1) The establishment shall give equal remuneration for equal work to children working as workers without any discrimination on the basis of gender, caste, religion or caste.
(2) The wages, allowances, holidays and other benefits received by the children working in the establishment shall be as prescribed.
(3) The manager shall not employ a child in the establishment by giving less than the wages and facilities prescribed in accordance with sub-section (2).
